Shipping and returns

Shipping

  • Ships within 1–2 business days of payment, by USPS or UPS.
  • Every order is tracked and insured.
  • $12 per order, free over $250.
  • Orders of $300 or more need a signature on delivery.
  • We ship to US addresses only for now.

Returns

  • Return any watch within 14 days of delivery.
  • It must be unworn since delivery, with the numbered security tag still attached and everything that came with it.
  • We check the returned watch against our records, including the serial number, and refund your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Return shipping is on you, unless the watch wasn’t as described, in which case it’s on us.

If something’s wrong

If a watch arrives damaged or not as described, keep the packaging and tell us within 48 hours. We’ll make it right.

Your wrist size

Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist just above the bone, mark where it meets, and measure it flat. We’ll flag which watches fit, on every page. Stays on this device.
